The doctor advised Jo to run ten miles a day for thirty days. This, he guaranteed would help her lose as much as twenty pounds and tone up her body just fine. Determined, JoAnn followed the doctor's advice
rigorously everyday without fail, and, after thirty days, she was pleased to discover that she had indeed lost twenty pounds and felt great.
